Blue Ridge Mountain Farm

Here, at Red Hill General Store, we have just recently discovered a neighbor of ours: Blue Ridge Mountain Farm.

The owners, Bob and Becky Ayers, moved to Meadows of Dan 6 years ago. Before their move, they had been working in entertainment, writing, and production for 30 years in So. California. Why did they move?

"We love this area so much and find it so invigorating that we wanted to build a place, private, yet with modern amenities that people, especially from the city, could back to nature, even for a weekend."
And you can see why they find this area so wonderful:

The cabin was 90% built by Bob & Becky. It is sitting near a vineyard that was designed, planted, and harvested by this lovely couple. This year alone they will be bottling nearly 200 bottles of red wine.

The cabin feels romantically secluded and very private, yet it isn't that far from several wonderful tourist sites, such as Chateau Morrisette and Maybry Mill.

And if you want some adventure during your stay at Blue Mountain farm, Bob and Becky offer many different services, including fly-fishing instruction, nature walks, and berry picking from the 1000s of blackberry bushes on their property.

At Blue Ridge Mountain Farm you will:

Enjoy beautiful 600+ sq. ft. cabin
Private with fantastic views
Warm and cozy with TV, Wireless Internet,  AC, full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and more.
Large deck with BBQ
Cell phone reception with most carriers
Wood burning stove (wood provided)
Over 10 acres of private woods with hiking trails
